What you will see in a 1Pass demo
A demo gives your team a clear view of how 1Pass works before any rollout begins. We walk through the core functions used by small business teams, including secure password sharing, single sign-on access, admin controls and account recovery steps. If your staff are spread between offices, home and site visits, we can show how to keep access tidy without sending passwords around on message or chat.
For many South African teams, the first concern is simple: who has access to what, and how do you keep that controlled when people join, change roles or leave. The demo focuses on that practical side so you can see where the time saving comes in, and where the security improvements sit.
Book a demo from Woodstock or anywhere in South Africa
Our base is in Woodstock, Cape Town, and we support teams in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha, Stellenbosch and Century City, as well as remote teams nationwide. You do not need a local office to get started. If your staff are in different provinces or work hybrid hours around load-shedding schedules, we can set up the demo remotely and keep it simple.
- Use the enquiry form on our contact page to request a demo
- Tell us your team size and the apps you want to secure
- We confirm a suitable time and set up the session remotely
- If needed, we tailor the walkthrough to your admin process and approval flow
How we prepare your team before the session
Before the demo, we ask a few basic questions so the session is relevant to your business. That includes how many users you have, whether you already use shared logins, and which departments need access to which tools. If you are replacing spreadsheets, saved browser passwords or manual handovers, we will show a cleaner process.
We also look at whether you need help with offboarding, quarterly access reviews or permission mapping. That way the demo is not just a product tour. It becomes a working discussion about how your team will use the platform from day one.
What happens during setup after the demo
If the platform is a fit, we move into setup and rollout planning. That usually starts with an initial security review, followed by vault structure design, permission mapping and password migration. We then guide admin setup and user onboarding training so staff can start using the system with less confusion.
- Initial Security Review
- Platform Setup
- SSO Configuration
- Vault Structure Design
- Permission Mapping
- Password Migration
- User Onboarding Training
- Admin Training
We keep the process practical and paced for small teams, especially where staff may be working from different locations or on limited connectivity.
Questions we answer in the demo
Most teams want to know how easy it is to roll out, who manages the day to day work, and how much training is needed. We also explain how 1Pass handles secure access during staff changes, which is useful for businesses that need clear control without extra admin burden.
- Can we move existing passwords into the system?
- How do staff sign in to multiple tools with one set of access details?
- Can access be restricted by role or department?
- How do we manage leavers and handovers?
- What support do we get after go live?
After go live, ongoing support stays in place
Once your team is live, our support continues through regular access reviews, offboarding process design and ongoing team support. If you add new staff or open a new branch, we can help update permissions and onboard users without disrupting the rest of the business. This is useful for growing teams that need a steady process, not a once-off install.
You will also have support from our local team, including Siyanda Mdletshe in Operations, Revasha Moodley in Customer Success, Kgosi Kgosana in Implementation, Ruan van der Merwe in Security, Zinhle Khumalo in Training, and Zaheer Davids in Technical Support. Lukhanyo Maseko leads the business from our Woodstock base.
